Abstract
The aim of this work was to study the radioprotective action of a natural substance « Shirkhesht». This was perfomed by a simple biochemical evaluation of the DNP complex of the irradiated animals prior and after application of « Shirkhesht»
The sensitivity of the DNP complex of the irradiated lymphoeitic tissues has also been investigated. We concluded that : Considerable changes occur in the DNP complex of tbe irradiated animals. Shirkhesht appears to moderate these changes to an appreciable extent.
