It is interesting to compare the respondents’ goal position (initial background) with their current job at the time of the survey: 84% of the current Engineers have studied to become so; the rate is 75% for the Technician, 66% for Doctors/PhD and down to 50% for Workers. This means that almost half the Workers have not studied for this position.
